THESE MOUNTS ARE INTENDED FOR MOUNTING A 1952-54 (and 1955 1st series truck) or 1958-62 VINTAGE 235 OR 261 (WHICH HAVE 3 BOLT SIDE MOUNTS) INTO A 1949-54 CHEVY CAR. THEY ARE A BOLT IN ON 1952-54 CARS, BUT WILL REQUIRE WELDING ON AN ANGLE TO THE TOP OF THE FRAME RAILS ON A 1949-51 CAR. ANGLE IS PROVIDED IN THE KIT. KIT COMES WITH STOCK 1952-54 STYLE CAR RUBBER MOUNTS AND HARDWARE.

"BOLT IN" MEANS IT USES THE BOLTS FOR THE CROSSMEMBER JUST LIKE A 1952-54 STOCK MOUNT DOES. NOTE: 1952-54 BLOCKS HAVE A 3 BOLT SIDE MOUNT THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE 1958-62 BLOCKS.

THESE MOUNTS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED WITH A DUAL PATTERN SO THEY WILL WORK WITH BOTH APPLICATIONS. CLEARS STOCK STEERING ON A 1949-54 CAR. CLEARS SANDEN 508 A/C COMPRESSOR. WORKS WITH ALL DISTRIBUTORS AND VAC ADVANCES. IF USING THE ROAD DRAFT TUBE, IT NEEDS TO BE THE STYLE AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES.

AND YES, IT INCLUDES THE RUBBER MOUNT... REQUIRES WELDING OF ANGLE BRACKET TO CAR FRAME FOR 1949-51 CARS.
