Upper shoulder/boss on lower rubber bushing (see pics) fits perfectly through lower motor mount bracket hole but it (rubber bushing shoulder/boss) has a height equal to the thickness of the lower motor mount bracket. The shoulder/boss on the lower rubber mount should protrude past the lower motor mount bracket hole to keep washer on center - see video.

Though a smaller ID washer to match the OD of the pass through shoulder bolt would eliminate washer drift it would permit steel on steel rattling at the motor mount and would be an inferior resolution. Aside form this minor engineering flaw this motor mount is very well made and if reflects the quality Speedway always offers. Although Speedway does not offer as near as many products as the other online hot rod shops like Jegs, Summit and others this is actually my preference because they don't carry any low quality low price inferior products and sell only the best quality products which gives them an edge in customer service as they always know their products in greater detail.
